Our Policies

At UKDS, we strive to provide a professional and safe learning environment. Below are the key policies we adhere to, ensuring clarity and mutual respect between students and instructors:

Cancellation Policy

• Lessons must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the initial fee.

• For road test car bookings, cancellations must also be made 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

• Late cancellations for road test bookings will incur a fee of 50% of the initial test fee.

General Policy

• Discussion Time: Each lesson includes 5 minutes dedicated to discussion, offering valuable feedback and guidance.

• Punctuality: If a student is late, the time lost cannot be compensated. However, if the instructor is late, students will receive compensation for the lost time.

• Vehicle Capacity: A maximum of 2 people (student and instructor) will be allowed in the vehicle during lessons.

• Safety: All vehicles are equipped with interior dash cams to ensure the safety of both students and instructors.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for lessons that have already taken place.

• For packages, any unused lessons will be refunded. Used lessons will be charged at the regular rate, and the remaining balance will be returned.

• Refund Requests: All requests must be submitted in writing to UKDS.
